Friendsbook serves as the flagship online social networking environment within the Axionik brand.
Users are granted a non-transferable license to access the platform. You must register using accurate data. Axionik algorithms, overseen by our engineering teams, monitor for sybil attacks, bot-nets, and unauthorized data scraping, which are strictly prohibited.
While users retain ownership of their original content, posting on Friendsbook grants Axionik a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute said content. We enforce strict community guidelines; illicit, harmful, or copyright-infringing material will result in immediate suspension.
A core tenant of Axionik's engineering philosophy, spearheaded by CEO Akshat Sharma, is the provision of zero-latency, high-utility offline software. These terms apply specifically to PDF-AIO (PDF editor, converter, and MS Office document creator) and ChessMaster (Local chessboard simulation game).
By design, PDF-AIO and ChessMaster operate completely offline. Axionik does not collect, transmit, intercept, or back up any user data from these applications to our servers.
All PDF conversions, created Word/Excel documents, and saved chess games are stored strictly on your local machine's hard drive. Consequently, Axionik assumes zero liability for data loss, file corruption, or unrecoverable documents resulting from user hardware failure or accidental deletion.
Users of any Axionik software or domain are strictly prohibited from:
friendsbook.co.in or any related subdomains.All software architectures, proprietary algorithms (including ChessMaster AI logic and PDF conversion engines), UI/UX designs, branding, and domain properties are the exclusive intellectual property of Axionik. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Axionik assets without explicit written authorization from executive management.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axionik and its CEO, Akshat Sharma, provide all services (Friendsbook, PDF-AIO, ChessMaster, and related subdomains) on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
